Men's Volleyball Heads to No. 15 Ohio State For MIVA Quarterfinals

The Lindenwood men's volleyball team (10-14, 7-9 MIVA) takes a three-game winning streak into the MIVA Quarterfinals on Saturday against No. 12 Ohio State (16-10, 11-5 MIVA). First serve from Columbus, Ohio is set for 4:00 p.m. CT

FIRST SERVE
  • Lindenwood picked up two wins this past week to close out the regular season. Both wins came in four sets
  • Carter Stenmark and Ian Schuller paced the offensive attack, each posting 13 kills
  • Schuller did it while swinging at a .417 clip
  • The Lions continue to get great production out of the middle as Owen Walsh tallied 12 kills, while hitting .500
  • Jose Vargas helped lead the balanced attack, dishing out 57 assists
  • He handed out a career-high 57 in a win on Thursday

2025 OUTLOOK
The Lindenwood men's volleyball team currently has 13 matchups against ranked teams on its 2025 schedule. The squad was picked to finished sixth in the Midwest Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Preseason Poll earning 38 points. Ian Schuller returns for the Lions. A year ago, Schuller earned Defensive Player of the Week honors one time during the year and his 183 digs led the team. He compiled 319 kills during the season, second most on the team on his way to garnering second-team all-conference honors.
