On Tuesday afternoon, the third poll of the 2025 soccer season was announced by the United Soccer Coaches Association which included the Lindenwood Lions. This marks the first time that Lindenwood has appeared in the National polls and received votes for Men's soccer since the start of the Division I era.
"It's exciting to be recognized amongst the nations top programs. We should be proud of the work we've put in and what we've done thus far to earn the respect nationally from our peers. Hopefully, we will have an open mindset for continued growth during the rest of our non-conference schedule and as we begin OVC conference play."- Head coach
Kris Bertsch on receiving National votes.
The Lions earned three votes and finished ahead of George Mason (1), Duquesne University (2), and Georgia Southern University (2). Lindenwood currently sits at 6-0 on the 2025 season, with an RPI rank of 44. They have two Quad three victories on the season against St. Thomas and Evansville and will look to continue their early season success on Sunday against Le Moyne College at 1 p.m.
