Lindenwood Men's Soccer Goalkeeper Quinn Closson has been named the OVC goalkeeper of the week for the second time this season for his performance at UTRGV on Friday night. The 5'11 Grad Student from Fairfield, Connecticut had six saves against the Vaqueros and recorded his fifth shutout of the season in a 0-0 tie.

Closson ranks first in the OVC this season among goalkeepers in shutouts (5), GAA (0.29), and save percentage (.933). His .933 save percentage ranks him sixth in the nation among all goalkeepers and is tied for second in the country in shutouts. The Lions will return to action this Saturday as they will open up OVC play at SIUE at 7 p.m.
