ST. CHARLES, Mo. – On Thursday afternoon, Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Jason Coomer announced that there will be a change in leadership for the Lindenwood Women's Hockey Program. A national search for the next Head Coach of the Women's Hockey team will begin immediately.

The Lions are coming off a 2025–26 season in which they won a program-record 14 games and earned the No. 3 seed in the AHA playoffs, where they defeated Robert Morris for their first playoff win since 2017.
