BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Sami Roggenkamp has been named Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week following her two-score performance against St. Thomas last Thursday.

Roggenkamp scored the first goals of her collegiate career with a pair of penalty kick conversions in Lindenwood's 3-2 victory over the Tommies, including the game-winner in the 78th minute. She led Lindenwood with a career-high four total shots in match.

The Lions have now had a player win an OVC weekly award each of the previous four weeks, with Mackenzie Compton also taking home Offensive Player of the Week honors and Peyton Johnson winning a pair of Defensive Player of the Week awards.

Lindenwood hosts Morehead State this weekend to open conference play, with kickoff against the Eagles scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th.
