The Lindenwood women's tennis team fell to Missouri-St. Louis on Tuesday afternoon by an 8-1 score.

The lone victory for the Lady Lions came at No. 2 doubles. Mariona Pinol and Daria Ivanova came away with a 9-7 victory in that match. Missouri-St. Louis led 2-1 after winning the other two doubles matched and then the Tritons swept the six singles matches.

Lindenwood falls to 2-4 on the season with the setback. The team will head to Kansas this weekend for matches against Washburn and Emporia State.
