This weekend Lindenwood's men and women's cross country teams competed in the Chile Pepper Festival in Fayetteville, Ark. The men's team finished 14th out of the 27 competing teams. The women managed to finish 18th out of the 24 teams competing.

The first to cross the finish line for the men was
Nicholas Stewart, who finished 149th overall out of 429 runners and first of the Lindenwood runners. Following Stewart was
Travis Staebell with a 177th finish. This helped give the men's team a 14th place finish.

For the women,
Carina Bungard was the first finisher for Lindenwood, the junior finished 232nd overall out of 375 runners.
Jennifer Carter followed closely, finishing 259th. These results help to give the women an 18th place finish.
