The men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Lewis Conference Crossover in Romeoville, IL on Saturday morning. 
 
The men's team finished 4th overall with 191 total points. The women finished 32nd overall.
 
The men's team had five individuals finish in the top 100, including four in the top 50. Omar Es Salmouny led the Lions, finishing 10th in the event with a final time of 25:11. Other notable runners for the men include Jerod Broadbooks and Clayton Duchatschek. Broadbooks finished 25th overall with a final time of 25:35 and Duchatschek finished 31st overall with a final time of 25:42. 

Kayli Brower finished 245th overall with a final time of 25:31 for the women.
 
Both teams will be back in action on Saturday, October 21st as they compete in the MIAA Championships in Warrensburg, MO.
