Lindenwood men's basketball has signed 6-foot-2 guard Brandon Trimble, head coach
Kyle Gerdeman announced. Trimble, played at St. Joseph-Ogden High School, before spending three years at UW-Parkside.
"I think Brandon is a great fit for our style of play," said
Kyle Gerdeman. "He is a guy who can score in a variety of ways, and his three years of experience at the DII level adds even more experience to our roster."
After redshirting as a freshman, Trimble played in 27 games during the 2018-19 season. Over the course of the season, he averaged 11.9 points per game, 3.1 rebounds per game, and 1.4 assists per game. He led the team with his .462 shooting percentage from the three point line.
As a redshirt sophomore in the 2019-20 season, Trimble played in 24 games while making 14 starts for UW-Parkside. He averaged 13.3 points per game to go along with 3.2 rebounds per game and 1.1 assists per game. He shot 44.1 percent from the field and knocked down 36.4 percent of his three-pointers during the season.
