The Lindenwood men's hockey team completed an exhibition game with the US National Team Development Program on Friday night in Plymouth, Mich. This team boasts some of the best talent from around the country.
GAME OVERVIEW
After falling behind early in the game, Lindenwood got on the board late in the first period as
Kyle Jeffers found the back of the net assisted by
Drew Kuzma and
Ryan Finnegan. The Lions trailed 5-1 after a period of play.
Lindenwood's best period came in the third, as they outshot the USNTDP 12-9. This resulted in three goals from
Jack Anderson,
Zach Aughe, and
Max Neill. The final two of those goals came on the man advantage where Lindenwood went 2-3 on the night.
