The Lindenwood women's tennis team fell 7-0 to the Red Wolves of Arkansas State University.
Paola Garcia and
Juliana Kulczynski dropped a 6-2 decision to Rebecca Brody and Abigail Thurmer, while
Eveline Nilsson and
Jordan Le fell 6-1 to Emiliya Margolin and Ariadna Fernandez.
In singles,
Fabiana Labrador dropped her sets 6-0 and 6-2 to Sarah Millard.
Yana Gaskell's match ended in favor of Arkansas State's Yasmine Humbert, 6-2 and 7-6, as Garcia fell 6-4 and 6-1 to Brody. Kulczynski's sets ended 6-1 and 6-3, in favor of Fernandez. Sara Ben Aba's fell to Emiliya Margolin 6-1 and 6-3. Le wrapped up the singles competition going the distance with Abigail Thumer, ultimately falling 6-4, 6-2, 1-0.
Women's tennis will be back in action again on Saturday, February 3
rd against Butler University in State University, Arkansas at 9:00 a.m.
