Lindenwood women's wrestling head coach
Frank Yattoni announced the addition of Amanda Prough to his staff. She will serve as an assistant coach.
Prough comes to Lindenwood after spending the last two years as head coach of the women's wrestling program at Lift For Life Academy in St. Louis, Mo. She was also an assistant coach for the men's wrestling team. During her time with the Hawks, Prough earned Girls Wrestling Coach of the Year honors in 2023. She was also tabbed Men's Wrestling Assistant Coach of the Year in that same season.
Prough had a prolific collegiate wrestling career at Missouri Baptist where she was a three-time NAIA All-American for the Spartans. She graduated from there in 2017 with her bachelors in Health Science/Sports Management
