After sweeping Lake Superior State on the road last weekend, the Lindenwood men's hockey team returns to Centene Community Ice Center to take on the fifth ranked Denver Pioneers. Puck drop of game one is set for 7:10 p.m. on Friday, October 17th.
Last Time Out
Lindenwood picked up two wins at Lake State last weekend, with the Lions erasing a two-goal deficit in each contest. The Lions stormed back with three unanswered goals in the final period of Friday's matchup before outscoring the Lakers 7-2 after falling behind 2-0 in the first period on Saturday. Prior to Friday, LU had not won a game after trailing by two or more goals since also erasing a two-goal third period deficit against Air Force on October 14th, 2022. Friday's 5-4 win over Lake Superior State was the first career victory for Lindenwood head coach Keith Fisher.
