On Thursday, The Ohio Valley Conference announced its Golfer of the Week, which featured Jamie Daniels from the Lindenwood women's golf team.

Daniels finished tied for 18^th at the Butler Fall Invite this week, shooting 223 across three rounds. She saved her best round for last, closing the tournament with an even-par 70, which included five birdies. That strong finish allowed her to jump 28 spots on the leaderboard.

The Shorewood, Ill. native had the third most birdies in the field with 9, while ranking fourth in par 4 scoring at 4.06.

Daniels and the rest of the Lions will be back in action at the Coyote Creek Classic on October 5-6 in Bartonville, Ill.
