The Lindenwood women's golf team finished the Powercat Invitational with a team score of 989 at Colbert Hills Golf Course in Manhattan, Kan.

OVERVIEW
The Lions opened the tournament with a team score of 319, led by KC Lenox and Sophia Lefler who both shot 77. It is the first action of the year for Lenox who finished with a pair of birdies on the day. Lefler also had two birdies during her round. Andrea Alvarez and Jamie Daniels shot an 82 and 83, respectively. Daniels posted a team-high three birdies during the first 18. Meredith Colby rounded out the lineup with an 87.

Lindenwood finished round two shooting a 341, led by Alvarez with an 82. She was closely followed by Colby and Lenox with an 85 and 86, respectively. Daniels shot an 88, while Lefler carded a 94.

In the final round, the Black and Gold compiled a 328, which was led by Colby with a 79. Lenox and Lefler finished their tournament with an 83, followed by Alvarez who compiled an 84, and Daniels who shot 87.
