After earning a split with fifth ranked Denver last weekend, the Lindenwood men's hockey team stays home to face Miami (OH) this weekend. Puck drop of game one is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. Friday at Centene Community Ice Center.

Last Time Out
Lindenwood knocked off No.5 Denver 4-3 at Centene Community Ice Center on Friday night. It was the Lions' second win all-time over a ranked opponent, and their very first ranked win on home ice. The Pioneers were the highest ranked opponent LU has defeated in the Division-I era. Jacob Fletcher scored the go-ahead goal on a breakaway following a lengthy defensive shift in the third period. The Lions fell 4-0 on Saturday with goaltender Klayton Knapp recording a career high 45 saves.

Bus to the Rink
Lindenwood Athletics is offering free transportation to this Friday's game for students. Busses will depart to Centene Community Ice Center from outside of Evans Commons at 6:40 p.m. and each passenger will receive a free Chick-fil-a sandwich on the way. Busses will leave from Centene and head back to campus 15 minutes after the game is over. Students will be dropped off at Evans Commons and the LARC. Students can RSVP their spot on the bus when securing their tickets at LindenwoodLions.com/tickets.
