QUINCY, Ill. – The Lindenwood women's wrestling team prevailed by a score of 28-18 in their dual meet at Quincy on Tuesday evening. The victory improves the Lions' dual record this season to 6-4.

After dropping the first three pairings, Lindenwood would win six of the remaining seven weight classes to overtake the Hawks.
Talia Lee (145),
Alana Duggan (160) and
Makayla Rivera (180) all recorded falls in under three minutes. Rivera's victory was her team-leading 13th fall of the season as she improved her overall record to 18-6.
Meanwhile,
Madeline Haynes (145) secured a 10-0 technical fall win and
Marissa Sanabria (138) came out on top in her bout with a 5-0 decision.
Allison Meyer and
Malia Martin both won by forfeit.
Lindenwood is now 3-0 against Quincy in duals this season, previously defeating the Hawks 43-12 at the Lindenwood Duals and 29-16 at the NWCA National Duals.
