Sofija Dunisijevic all picked up singles wins for the Lions as both Garcia and Dunisijevic picked up their team-leading eighth singles win of the 2026 season. The match would come down to the number two spot where
Megan Caffin took Bradley's Ruby Tseng to three sets, but Tseng was able to escape with a 7-6, 4-6, 6-4 win to clinch the match for the Braves and handed the Lions their third straight loss.Â

Saint Louis enters the contest against the Lions with a record of 7-8. Junior Emmerson White leads the Billikens with 13 singles wins this season, and is 9-3 at the number one spot. Lindenwood is currently 1-5 all-time against SLU with their only win in the all-time series happening on April 18, 2022 with a 4-3 win in St. Charles.
