Alissa DiGiacinto will once again represent her country of Canada at the 2026 Pan-American Sixes Lacrosse Championships in Oshawa, Canada. The tournament runs from September 29 through October 4 at the Oshawa Civic Fields.

The championship will serve as the first continental qualifier on the Olympic pathway, with the top five teams per gender advancing to the 2027 World Lacrosse Sixes Championships in Colorado Springs. Teams can qualify directly from the WLSC to the LA28 Games.

DiGiacinto is no stranger to competing with Canada, having played at the World Lacrosse Championships this summer. At Lindenwood this past season, DiGiacinto started all 19 games in 2025 and ranked second on the team in goals (37), assists (18), and points (55). The Brooklin, Ontario native led the team with 123 draw controls and averaged 6.5 per game, third most in the ASUN. She also ranked 10th in the conference in goals per game at 2.06 and ranked fourth in the conference in shots per game. In the classroom, she was a member of the ASUN All-Academic Team.
