The Lindenwood Lady Lions tennis team dominated the University of Illinois-Springfield Friday afternoon by the score of 8-1 on the road.

Lindenwood won two of three doubles matches and won all six of the singles contests. Both Adela Slovakova and Raminta Kazemekaityte lost the opening set but come from behind to win in the sets. Severine DeBeuf, Allison Gilles and Rachel Bailey each won their matches which was followed by Elise Beckemeier who won by a default.

Next up for the Lady Lions is the ITA Regional Championships in St. Louis.
