The Lindenwood track and field teams competed at the Missouri Invitational on Friday in Columbia, Mo.
Two athletes had third-place showings at the competition. Terah Fullman was third in the 800m, including first among college runners as she finished behind two unattached runners.
Mitchell Heady earned third place in the weight throw.
The women's program had two other top-five finishes.
Jennifer Carter was fourth in the 600m run and
Claire Buckman was fifth in the pole vault. Another top athlete on the day was
China Moore who had two top-ten finishes in the long jump and 60m hurdles.
On the men's side, Lindenwood had five other top-ten final finishes.
Bryan Kertz was sixth in the shot put and seventh in the weight throw.
Kelvin Lau was sixth in the 800m,
Joshua Shipp was seventh in the long jump, and
Mike Reynoso was seventh in the 400m.
Lindenwood is in action again next week at the Jayhawk Classic in Lawrence, Kan.
