Box Score The Lady Lions ended a four-game road streak to begin the season with a 20-2 victory over Wheeling Jesuit on Sunday in Wheeling, WV. The win gives Lindenwood a perfect 4-0 record so far this season. The Lions haven't allowed more than three goals in any game so far.

Maddi Ossello and Kristene Kapatos all recorded hat tricks. Groothuis and Kapatos added a team-high two assists apiece to go with their goals. At one point, the Lady Lions scored 14 straight goals to put the game out of reach.

Renee Abrolat each scored two goals while

Melissa Menchella,
Danielle Budde and
Amanda Schimpke rounded out the scoring with one goal each.

Lindenwood returns home to begin league play on Wednesday Mar. 13th when it takes on Adams State College in the first home game of the season for the Lions. Adams State is 0-1 this season.
