Meghan Chase were honored before the start of the last home games of their Lindenwood careers.
The Lady Lions never trailed Saturday as 12 different players scored in the win.
Shelby Polk and
Kristine Kapatos both recorded hat tricks to lead the way offensively for Lindenwood. Polk also won five draw controls.
Justiene Groothuis and
Lindsey Palmer each added two goals and an assist.
Meghan Chase scored a goal and recorded an assist in her final home game, while fellow senior
Ana Gullett had an assist and won a draw control.
The Lady Lions were also solid defensively in the win.
Erin Abbott picked up six groundballs and caused three turnovers, both team-highs. Goalie
Christine Hehmeyer made 10 saves in her 14th win of the season.
Lindenwood will be back in action on Wednesday in Garden City, N.Y. in a non-conference game against Adelphi University.
