Box Score The No. 15 Lindenwood women's lacrosse team ended its season on Wednesday evening in Lebanon, Ill. with a 21-3 win over McKendree. With the win, the Lady Lions finished the 2013 WILA season with a perfect 10-0 record, and they are now 18-0 all-time in WILA action.
The final game of 2013 followed a similar pattern of the majority of games this season. After McKendree scored the first goal of the game, the Lady Lions scored the final 11 goals of the half for an 11-1 halftime lead. Lindenwood would go on to win by double digits for the 12th time in 17 games, including the seventh time in 10 conference games.

Melissa Smith, and
Melissa Menchella all had a team-high three goals for Lindenwood, and senior
Justiene Groothuis had one goal and both of Lindenwood's two assists in her final contest as a Lady Lion. Menchella had a team-high four groundballs and
Christine Hehmeyer made five saves while earning the win in goal. Lindenwood two other seniors also contributed as
Meghan Chase scored one goal, and
Ana Gullett scored twice and played the final 7:29 in goal without allowing a score.
Lindenwood concludes its season with a 15-2 overall record. The Lady Lions are now 30-4 over the last two seasons since moving to the NCAA Division II level.
