The Lindenwood men's and women's track teams sent four athletes to compete for a national championship and all four of them came home with All-American honors.
The night started off with senior
Erin Hodge racing in the 60m dash. The Ontario native finished in third place just one-tenth of a second out of second.
Next up was
Jerod Broadbooks who was competing in the mile race. The junior started the race in the middle of the pack but crossed the finish line in 4:13 which was good for eighth place.
Samuel Yaro qualified for the finals in the 800m race. The junior started off the race in second place after 500m but the final 300 he dropped two spots and finished in fourth.
The defending national champion in the 200m race was
Ariel Jackson. But this year Jackson was unable to defend her crown as she finished in fourth place.
