Lindenwood track & field competed in its first home meet in nearly two years, on Sunday, at the John Creer Invitational.
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS
- Ashley Shoemake and Halo Kanengiser finished 1st and 2nd, respectively, in the Hammer. Shoemake registered a mark of 46.76, and Kanengiser notched a mark of 45.59.
- Rosette Hoyte placed 1st in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:00.92.
- Najwa Chouati earned 1st in the 1500 with a time of 4:59.71.
- Rachael Morrison notched 1st place in the 800 with a time of 2:22.59.
- Keely Gustafson continued the excellent day for Lindenwood with a 1st place time of 25.74 in the 200 Meter Dash.
- Lyndsey Sebok, competing in the Javelin, finished 2nd with a mark of 38.12.
- Nicole Barton finished the Pole Vault with a mark of 3.20, finishing 2nd.
- Alexis Hafford and Emma Mays earned 3rd and 4th in the High Jump, both with marks of 1.50.
