The Lindenwood women's tennis team was edged by the Lewis Flyers in a 1-6 loss on Saturday afternoon.

The lone victor for Lindenwood in singles play was Juliana Kulczynski, who edged her Lewis opponent in 6-0 and 7-6 sets. All Lindenwood's other singles competitors put up good fights but ultimately all lost in two sets, making it tough to comeback against the Flyers. 

Kulczynski then partnered with Natalia Cordero to grab the Lions' only win in doubles play, walking away with a 6-4 final score to get the victory. 

Up next, the Lions will take on the SLU Billikens on Monday at 11:00 a.m. on the Lindenwood Tennis Courts.
