The Lindenwood women's tennis team defeated the McKendree Bearcats in a 5-2 victory on the Lindenwood Tennis Courts on Friday afternoon.

The doubles pairings of Fernanda Poblete/Paula Sostres Pico, Minna Kahn/Claire Martin and Juliana Kulczynski/Natalia Cordero all grabbed convincing victories over their McKendree opposition, putting the Lions in a great position to pull out the win.

Singles victories came from Martin (two sets), Poblete (three sets), Cordero (two sets) and Kulczynski (two 6-0 sweeps), rounding out the Lions' dominant performance on the day. 

Up next, Lindenwood will finalize their season against the UIS Stars tomorrow in Springfield, Illinois.
