The Lions will be looking for their first win over Penn State this season, as the Nittany Lions won all four meetings during the year. The first time these two teams met this season was a one-goal game, seeing Penn State pick up a 4-3 victory. The Lions also held an early lead over the Nittany Lions back on January 28 but fell 6-3.

Lindenwood is led offensively by Morgan Neitzke who had an outstanding sophomore campaign. She paces the team in goals (20) and points (32). The Jackson, Mich. natives 20 goals ranked 13th nationally and second in the conference. During the season, Neitzke was named CHA Forward of the Week twice, while earning Forward of the Week honors one time.

The Lions will be looking for their first win at the CHA Tournament since 2016-17 when they beat Mercyhurst in the opening round, 3-2.
