Jacqueline Baetz Added to Women's Soccer Staff

Lindenwood women's soccer head coach Dave Musso announced the addition of Jacqueline Baetz as an assistant coach.

"I am so excited to welcome back Jacqueline to our Lindenwood Women's Soccer Program, said Musso. Jacqueline is an alum, a winner, and has natural leadership qualities. She possesses a positive presence, a competitive fire, and a great understanding of the game which will be contagious to others around her."

"Jacqueline grew up in St. Louis, has St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club ECNL ties, and has been through the battles of a successful NCAA DI student-athlete," continued Musso.  "Those experiences and connections will help her be a great role-model for our current and future Lindenwood Lions."

Baetz is no stranger to Lindenwood as she suited up for the women's soccer program last season. In her lone season as a Lion, Baetz was second on the team in goals (3) and points (8). The St. Louis, Mo. native landed on the All-OVC Newcomer Team for her efforts.

"I feel incredibly blessed and grateful for the opportunity to start my coaching career alongside Dave Musso and Euan Morton, said Baetz. "Having played for Coach Musso, I am excited to continue to add to the culture he's built on and off the field. As a Lindenwood woman's soccer alum, I have a great appreciation for how special this program and school is. I cannot wait to give back to the sport I love and continue to grow this program to new heights! Let's go Lions!

Prior to her time in St. Charles, Baetz spent four years at Missouri State. During that time, the Webster Groves product made 50 starts and was a three-time All Missouri Valley selection and was a Key member the Bears 2017 MVC Championship and NCAA tournament team. In the classroom, she was a six-time MSU Athletics Director Honor Roll nominee.

"Jacqueline will be involved in every aspect of the program including recruiting, player development, player management, on the field training, year-round planning, and community engagement, stated Musso."
