COLUMBIA, MO. – On Saturday, Lindenwood track and field competed at the Bob-Teel Invitational hosted at the University of Missouri. The Lions produced a solid showing at the meet, breaking multiple personal bests, season bests, and adding two finishes to the top 10 in program history in their respective event.
TOP PERFORMANCES
60 Meter –
Sa'Nijah Houston (7.75) placed seventh out of 40 individuals.
400 Meter –
Gabby Russina (57.45) placed ninth out of 44 individuals.
4x400 Meter Relay –
Gabby Russina,
Nyah Hope,
Sa'Nijah Houston, and
Chanel Honeywell (3:50.03) placed fourth out of 16 teams, recording the second-best time in program history in the 4x400 meter relay.
Shot Put –
Aliyah Robertson (13.26m) placed sixth out of 24 individuals. With this finish, Robertson puts another result in the top five shot puts in program history.
