Last Time Out
Lindenwood got back in the win column last Saturday in an 18-12 victory over Stetson. The Lions presented a balanced attack with three players scoring at least four goals, led by
Luci Selander with five. The junior attack continues to lead the squad with 53 goals on the season.
Alissa DiGiacinto and
Reese Krieger each added four scores.
Aislinn Sweeney had a strong game in net with 14 saves on the way to her 10
th win of the season. In the process, she broke the program record for stops in a single season with 135.
Ryleigh Cavanaugh also broke the program record for career draw controls at 325.
For their efforts, Selander and Sweeney each earned recognition from the ASUN as the offensive and defensive player of the week, respectively.
