Lacrosse Set For ASUN Semifinal Against Liberty

The Lindenwood lacrosse team (10-5, 3-3 ASUN) is set for the opening round of the ASUN conference tournament. The Lions will take on Liberty (10-7, 5-1 ASUN) on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. CT in Lynchburg, Va.

Lindenwood dropped the regular season finale at Queens last weekend by a score of 18-7. Aislinn Sweeney was strong in net making 14 saves for the second consecutive game. The Lions won the draw control battle 19-8, led by Ryleigh Cavanaugh who had 15. The senior now has 171 draw controls on the year, setting a new single-season program record.
