About The Lions
Last Time Out
The Lions picked up a big 16-14 win over Stetson last Saturday to move into a conference tournament spot. Lindenwood trailed 9-7 at halftime, but used a big fourth quarter to pull away and earn the victory.
For the Black and Gold, it was their third comeback win in their last five games. Alissa DIGiacinto and
Luci Selander paced the offense with six points apiece, coming from five goals and an assist.
Reese Krieger chipped in three goals as well.
DiGiacinto along with
Carly Thiel each caused two turnovers as the Lions outshot the Hatters, 40-28 in the win.
