Lindenwood is coming off a thrilling 10-9 victory over Coastal Carolina last Friday. The Lions trailed 5-2 at halftime and went on to outscore the Chants 8-4 in the second half to earn the win. The Black and Gold sealed the victory with a last minute defensive stand as Taylor Coughlin matched a season-high with 13 saves, including six in the fourth quarter.

Offensively, the Lions were led by Luci Selander and Alissa DiGiacinto who each tallied four points on three goals and one assist. The duo is first and second on the team in points this season with 54 and 37 respectively. Selander has a team-high 32 goals, followed by DiGiacinto's 25.
