The Lindenwood women's golf team held the lead after 18 holes at the Trevecca Nazarene Invitaitonal, but fell back one spot after Tuesday's final round.
The Lady Lions had four golfers break 80 on Monday as the team shot a 311, five shots better than Lindsey Wilson. Lindsey Wilson answered the next day with a 310, while Lindenwood had a 318 and finished three shots behind.
Julieta Rotzinger and
Abigail Beirne each finished in the top 10. Rotzinger was fifth with a 155, including a 76 in the first round. Beirne tied for sixth just one shot behind Rotzinger after shooting a pair of 78s.
Marcella Ax and
Mallory Gentry were 11th and 12th respectively. Ax shot a 159 and Gentry carded a 160. Rounding out the squad was
Kasey McCammack who shot a 170.
