Chess Places Fourth at the Kings Island Open
The Lindenwood Chess team earned fourth in the team competition at the Kings Island Open in Cincinnati, Ohio last weekend. The event included over 250 participants.
WGM Anna Sharevich took third overall in the Open Section. Maya Vollmer and Micah Losee shared fourth place in the team section. Losee also placed fourth in the U1900 section.

The Lions have a bye week before the team competes in the Thanksgiving Open held at the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint. Louis from November 30 to December 1.
