The Lindenwood Lady Lions golf team finished in fourth place out of 15 teams at the Central Oklahoma Classic over the weekend in Oklahoma City, Okla.

The Lady Lions had their best tournament of the fall shooting a two-day team total of 602. Lindenwood started the tournament with a first round score of 300 then followed it up in round two with a 302. The Lady Lions finished six shots behind Northeastern State and 14 shots ahead of Henderson State.

Madelyn Piccininni also had her best tournament of the season so far. She finished in a tie for seventh place after shooting a 147. Piccininni opened the tournament with a 72 then followed up with a 75.

Yolanda Rotzinger finished just one shot behind Piccininni with a 148 which placed her in 12
th.
Alanna Haynes was third on the team with a 155 followed by Alexandra Wheeler's 156.

Lindenwood will close its fall season with the Lindenwood Invitational on Oct. 20.
