Lindenwood women's golf finished in first place at the Dan Salisbury Memorial, hosted by Illinois Springfield.
McKenna Montgomery led the field after finishing the two-day event with a 147.
DAY TWO OVERVIEW
As a team, Lindenwood shot 320 in the second round, giving them a total of 633 across the two days.
McKenna Montgomery continued her strong play, after finishing with a 74 in the second round, securing her spot as the leading golfer in the event.
Noelia Rodriguez Chicote finished with an 80 on day to, as she secured a tie for 7th. In the two days, Rodriguez Chicote totaled a 158.
Josefina Haupt finished tied for 20th after shooting an 86 on the second day, for a total of 164 for the event.

Alexis Montgomery and
Addasyn Zeller improved on their scores from day one to day two, as A. Montgomery finished with an 82 in the second round, giving her a total of 166, and Zeller notched an 84 for a total score of 174.
DAY ONE OVERVIEW
The Lions totaled a score of 313 in the first round of the event. M. Montgomery led the event with a 73, and is coming off of fourth-place finish in the UIndy Invitational to open the season. Through four total rounds this season, M. Montgomery has finished with a 74 or lower three times.
Haupt and Rodriguez Chicote are tied for second on the team, and fourth among the field, with 78s, as both made their season debuts for the Lions. A. Montgomery recorded an 84 for Lindenwood en route to a 27th-place finish in the round, while Zeller shot a 90 and tied for 41st.
