The Lindenwood women's golf team took 11th place at the Diane Daugherty Invite in Kirkwood, Mo. on Tuesday. The Lions shot 965 across the three rounds as all other teams in the tournament were NCAA Division I institutions.

DAY TWO OVERVIEW
McKenna Montgomery posted her third-straight round with a score of 77 on Tuesday, as she ended in a tie for 11th place. The only birdie on the day for Montgomery came on the par-4 ninth hole. Montgomery averaged a 4.30 on par-4 holes, which was tied for 10th among the field of 90 golfers.Â
Josefina Haupt finished in a tie for 27th place after registering a 79 in the final round.
DAY ONE OVERVIEW
The Lions were led by Montgomery who posted a score of 77 in the first round. Montgomery registered two birdies with eight pars on the day. Both of the sub-par holes for Montgomery came on the back-nine, which were each par-4 holes.Â
Noelia Rodriguez Chicote shot an 84, but fired three birdies in the first round one. Haupt had a quiet score of 80 on Monday's opening round, as she was consistent with nine pars and nine bogeys.Â

Lindenwood had a 13-stroke improvement into round two, as three Lions posted scores in the 70's to close out the day. The Lions tallied eight birdies in the second round alone, as Rodriguez Chicote compiled four birdies as part of her score of 79. Rodriguez Chicote notched seven birdies on the day, which was second-best in the field of 90 golfers. Montgomery registered an identical score of 77 in her second round, as she birdied hole-13 twice on to end the day in a tie for 15th place. Haupt scored a 78 in her second round, as she was tied for 31st place after the first day.
