Track and Field Take Second at Southern Illinois

On Friday and Saturday, the Lindenwood men's and women's track team competed at Southern Illinois. Both teams at the invitational would take second place. On the women's side, the Lions placed first in 4x400 meter.

Javelin – Kendall Klewer (38.95), took first place
Shot Putt – Lugg (11.68), placed third
Hammer Throw – Ashley Shoemake (50.21), placed second
100 Meter Hurdles – Carla Goumondie (16.75), placed first
400 Meter Hurdles – Martina Martinez (1:03.62), placed first
200 Meter – Gabby Russina (24.74), placed third

Javelin – William Stemler (52.65), placed second
110 Meter Hurdles – Hugo Vázquez (14.56), placed second, Biel Salas (14.57), placed third
800 Meter – Maxime Touron (1:54.66), placed first
