The Lindenwood track and field team competed at the Don DeNoon Classic on Thursday and Friday in Carbondale, Ill.
TOP PERFORMERS
Weight Throw –
Aliyah Robertson finished fifth, throwing 13.3m.
Kendall Klewer also set a PR in the event at 10.69m
Shot Put –
Aliyah Robertson finished fifth with a mark of 11.64m. Josey Roe also set a season-best mark in the event at 9.78m
Long Jump –
Mary Elliott set an indoor PR at 5.43m, placing her second
High Jump –
Kinsey Dueker took third at 1.53m
60m Hurdles – Both Dueker and
Taylor Oliver finished inside the top four. Dueker took third, crossing the line at 9.02, while Oliver came in just behind her at 9.17, which was a PR.
60m Dash –
Chanel Honeywell came in second with a time of 7.55
1000m Dash –
Makenna Smith finished third with a mark of 3:12.28, while
Cadynce Shipman came in just behind her with a time of 3:21.66. Both are top 10 marks in school history
400m Dash –
Nyah Hope came in fifth with a time of 1:01.43, while Gabriella Evangelista set a PR at 1:03.58
One Mile Run –
Anna Drochelman came in fifth pace with a time of 5:27.40
