The Lindenwood men's golf team competed this past weekend at the Millikin Spring Open in Decatur, Ill. The Lions finished in second place out of 11 teams just five strokes behind the champions Calumet College.

The Lions shot 306 in round one and 312 in round two. After round one the Lions were tied for the lead with Calumet. In round two, Calumet took control of the tournament shooting a 307 in the final round.

Brad Blair led the way for Lindenwood shooting a two round total of 150. He finished third just three shots behind the leader. Greg MacAulay finished in sixth place and Morgan Leigh finished in the eighth spot.

The Lions will be back on the links March 12 at the Drury Invitational.
