The Lindenwood men's golf team completed the Lindenwood Invitational on Tuesday at Missouri Bluffs Golf Club in St. Charles, Mo.
 
DAY TWO OVERVIEW
Andrija Dordevic and Adam Bain posted team-best scores of 72 each in the final round.  Dordevic finished in a tie for 21^st, while Bain completed his three rounds in a tie for 27^th place.  Robert Dean maintained his stance as holding the best score for the Lions overall, as he shot a 76 on Tuesday for a three-round total 219.
 
Dean finished in a tie for 15^th place, while John Gardner closed out the two-day tournament in a tie for 24^th place with his total score of 223.  Gardner, Dordevic, Bain and Dean were the only three golfers for the Lions to post scores in the 70's or better in each of the three rounds.  Dean was the only Lion to register a score below 70.
 
DAY ONE OVERVIEW
Lindenwood had two groups in the three-round tournament, as the two squads were separated by just three strokes after round one.  Dean posted the best score on the day for Lindenwood, including an impressive 68 in round one.  Dean started his day on hole 17 and made back-to-back pars before turning on the jets as he birdied every other hole through the front nine.  Dean registered six birdies in round one, and totaled eight on the day.
 
Gardner complied a score of 74 in the opening round, as his back-to-back birdies on holes 15 and 16 took him to one-under early.  Dordevic shot a 77 in the first 18 holes, but responded with a strong 73 to close out the day.  Dordevic tallied four birdies in the second round along, as he posted five total on Monday.
 
Dean led the field of 69 golfers with an average score of 3.89 on par-4 holes, while Gardner was second in the field with 26 pars through two rounds.
