The Lindenwood men's golf team closed out the Ken Partridge Invitational in 14
th place on Tuesday in Noblesville, Ind. The Lions shot a 298 in the third round for a total score of 919 on the week.
DAY TWO OVERVIEW
Jordan Breen started his day three-over par after seven holes, but rebounded to shoot even-par on the day. Breen was locked in on the par-3 holes, as he birdies two of the four par-3's on the course.
Liam Bentein matched Breen's four birdies in the final round, to shoot a 73 on Tuesday.
John Gardner posted a score of 74 in the third round, a scorecard total which was identical to his second round tally.
DAY ONE OVERVIEW
Bentein led the Lions after day one, as he posted scores of 75 and 76, respectively. Gardner shot a low round of 74, which was the best score on Monday for Lindenwood. Gardner was tied with teammate Breen, as both golfers shot a 153 across the two-rounds on Monday. Bentein accumulated four of his five birdies in the first round, as he posted a front-nine score of 35 in the opening round.
