The Lindenwood men's golf team took sixth place at the GLVC Championships on Monday in Eureka, Mo.

DAY TWO OVERVIEW
Lindenwood shot a 304 in the third round on Monday, ending the three-round tournament with a final score of 922.Â
Robert Dean and
Liam Bentein shot identical scores of 75 in the final round, as the each registered two birdies. Dean tied for 16
th place with a total score of 228, while Bentein was just one stroke behind him with a score of 229 to tie for 19
th place. Dean ranked sixth in the field for his average score of 4.13 of par-4 holes.

DAY ONE OVERVIEW
The Lions posted a 314 in the opening round, before improving to a 304 in the second set of 18 holes.Â
Jordan Breen posted the best score for the Lions in the first round with a 76. In the second round, three Lions would improve their scores significantly to help lower the overall tally for Lindenwood.

John Gardner registered a 73 in the second round, as he sits in a tie for 21st place.Â
Robert Dean is squared away with Gardner in 21st place, after he shot a 74 in round two. Dean and
Liam Bentein were the only two Lindenwood golfers to post back-to-back scores in the 70's, as Bentein shot a 75 in the second round to place him in the 27th spot.

Lindenwood compiled 11 birdies in the first round and just five in the second round. Of the 94 pars on the day for the Lions, 54 came in the second round. As Gardner and Dean are tied for the team lead, the two are 12 strokes back from the tournament leaders.
