The Lindenwood men's golf team opened its spring slate with a victory at the Rockhurst Spring Invitational in Kansas City, Mo., on Tuesday afternoon. The Lions (292, 293) won the event by nine strokes, defeating fellow-GLVC members Rockhurst and William Jewell. Overall there were six teams competing, along with two individuals from Park University.
Liam Bentein and Sil Beyers placed second and third, respectively, while Matthew Frith rounded out the top five. The complete results can be found here.
