The Lindenwood men's golf team captured a third-place finish at the Carpenter-Chaney Classic in Paducah, Ky. this week. The Lions defeated Tennessee Tech and UT Martin on their way to a top three finish, going 2-1 overall.

Across the two-day tournament,
Matthew Frith was tied for first in the field on par 3 scoring, averaging 3.08.
Liam Bentein paced the field, which featured eight OVC schools with 13 birdies, while
Gabriel Lindahl had 11. Lindahl finished his tournament with a 3-0 record, including a few decisive wins.
