The 2001-02 Lindenwood roller hockey team won the 2002 National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association National Championship and started one of the top collegiate dynasties in any sport. The title was the first of seven straight national championships for the program and also the first Lindenwood national title among its sports programs not affiliated with the NAIA.

The Lions rolled through the regular season with just two losses and entered the national tournament as the two seed. Lindenwood earned its way to the championship game against favored Michigan State. After jumping out to an early lead, Lindenwood held on for a 6-4 victory.

Dave Kozlowski and Chris Kahre were first-team All-Americans, and Matt Edmondson and Troy Mann were second-team All-Americans. All four players were named to the nationals all-tournament team. The team was coached by Derek Schaub and finished the season with a 25-2 overall record.
