Jeff Hynes was one of the top offensive linemen in Lindenwood football history from 2006-2009. He was a two-time winner of the NAIA Rimington Award, which is given to the top center in the country. He earned All-American honors in 2008 and 2009, and was a first-team all-conference selection in 2007, 2008, and 2009. He was named to the NAIA second-team offensive line all-decade team in 2009. Hynes was a key part of the offense that averaged 43.8 points and 460.9 yards a game over his final three season. Hynes helped Lindenwood win two HAAC championships, advance to three NAIA tournaments, win five NAIA postseason games, and advance to the 2009 NAIA National Championship game.
